Welcome to my website. By accessing or using this website and/or booking a service, purchasing art, or ordering products, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

Services & Products

 

Tattoo Services

 

  • All tattoos require a consultation and a non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment.

  • Deposits go toward the final cost of your tattoo but will be forfeited if you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours' notice.

  • Tattoo designs are customized for each client and are not to be reused or copied without permission.

  • All tattoo work is final. No refunds will be given. If you are unhappy with the work, one (1) complimentary cover-up session of equal or lesser value may be offered at the artist's discretion.

 

Artwork

  • Original artwork is subject to availability. Each piece is one-of-a-kind and may not be replicated.

  • Returns are accepted within 7 business days of delivery if the artwork is returned in its original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Damaged artwork must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence.

 

Products (Merch, Prints, etc.)

  • Products can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

  • You are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Please notify me within 72 hours of receiving a damaged or incorrect item with supporting photos.

 

Intellectual Property

 

All content on this site—including artwork, tattoos, photos, text, and branding—is the intellectual property of [Your Name/Studio Name] and may not be used, copied, or reproduced without written permission.

 

Payment & Pricing

  • All prices are listed in USD  and are subject to change at any time without notice.

  • Payment is required at the time of booking, purchase, or commission confirmation.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Tattoo appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

  • Custom art commissions are non-refundable once work has begun.

 

Health & Safety

By booking a tattoo session, you confirm that:

  • You are 18 years of age or older.

  • You are not under the influence of drugs or alcohol at the time of your appointment.

  • You have disclosed any medical conditions that may affect the procedure.

  • You understand the risks involved with tattooing, including possible allergic reactions or infections, and release the artist from liability.

 

Limitation of Liability

I am not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may result from the use of this website, products, or services.

Your privacy is important to me. Please refer to my Privacy Policy for information on how your personal data is collected, used, and protected.
