It’s my honor to create art that speaks to you—whether it’s on canvas, on skin, or through the products I offer. Your satisfaction is incredibly important to me, and this policy outlines how returns and refunds are handled across all services and items.
Tattoo Services
All tattoo sales are final. I do not offer refunds for tattoo work. However, if you're genuinely unhappy with your tattoo, I do offer one (1) complimentary cover-up session of equal or lesser value. Cover-ups are subject to design approval and must be scheduled within 60 days of the original appointment.
To discuss a potential cover-up, please email me at [Your Email Address] with photos and a brief explanation.
Original Artwork
If you're not satisfied with your purchased artwork, you may request a return within 7 business days of receiving it.

Return Requirements:

The artwork must be returned in the same condition and packaging as it was received.

Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.

Once I receive the artwork in perfect condition, I will issue a refund (less shipping fees) or offer an exchange for another piece of equal or lesser value.

If the artwork was damaged during shipping, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos so I can file an insurance claim. You may choose a full refund or select a replacement piece.
Products (Merch, Prints, etc.)
For physical products purchased through my website (prints, merch, accessories, etc.), I offer refunds within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in original packaging.

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 72 hours with photos.
